 Jason Levermore won his 2nd PGA East Region order of merit event of the year by winning the Knebworth classic. Finishing on 9 under for the event Jason won by 1 shot and has now opened up a very sizeable gap aat the top of this years order of merit standings. With the winner each year guaranteed a place in the BMW Championships played at Wentworth golf club it's obviously something huge to play for. Jason has now had 2 wins a 2nd and a 3rd in the 4 events so far this year.This event he started with a 6 under par 66 and looked to have lost his grip on the title but a brilliant birdie, birdie finish saw him finish witha 3 under par 69 to win. Recently he's been competing and winning pro ams so the form this year in the bigger events is no real surprise. So congratulations to him for another great performance.
